FAQ
Do you take insurance?
DM Therapy operates as an out-of-network provider, meaning it does not have direct contracts with insurance companies. Clients may still be able to utilize their out-of-network benefits by submitting claims for reimbursement directly to their insurance provider. Upon request, I provide a superbill, which is an itemized receipt that clients can submit to their insurance for reimbursement. It's important for clients to check with their insurance company to understand their specific out-of-network coverage, reimbursement rates, and any necessary documentation or procedures required to take advantage of these benefits.

Good Faith Estimate
Under the law, healthcare providers are required to offer an estimate of costs for medical items and services to patients who are either uninsured or not using insurance.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services.
I will provide you with a Good Faith Estimate of anticipated charges for services upon request or at the time of scheduling. This estimate will be provided in writing and updated annually or whenever there are changes in expected fees. You may also request a Good Faith Estimate from any healthcare provider before scheduling any services.
Be sure to keep a copy or a photo of your Good Faith Estimate. If you receive a bill that is $400 or more above the estimate, you have the right to dispute it. For more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 800-985-3059.
